Twelve years. Always next to the owner. Always solving the real problem.
I'm Micah Sulik. I started with a camera at twenty, taught myself everything, and spent the last twelve years as a consultant across health and fitness, home services, automotive, tech, e-commerce, and more. Everything I know is field-tested.

From a camera to campaigns.
It started with a camera. I taught myself photography, opened a studio, and shot fitness content that led to me becoming the lead photographer, videographer, and editor for Kris Gethin's 8-Week Hardcore series at Kaged Muscle, featured on Bodybuilding.com and national platforms.
From there I went into paid media, running Facebook ads in the energy sector where I generated over ten million dollars in revenue. That shift changed how I saw everything: content was only part of the problem. Creating content built to convert was the real lever.
After that, commercial and social work for Monster Energy, NOS Energy, and Polaris through trophy-truck driver BJ Baldwin. Home services, e-commerce. Facebook ads, Google ads, CRM builds, automations, email, websites, offers. Always working directly next to the owner, always close to the real problem.
The longer I do this, the more obvious the same pattern becomes: most businesses don't have a marketing problem first. They have a clarity problem. Marketing poured on top of a weak foundation just wastes money faster. My job is to find the real issue before we touch anything else.
Your brand is already saying something. Most people just aren't controlling the message.
Your website says something. Your content says something. Your offers, your ads, your follow-up, even your lack of clarity says something. The problem is that most people let old websites, random posts, weak offers, and scattered funnels define how the market sees them.
Good marketing is not chasing every trend. It is alignment. When the core pieces are connected — offer, message, channel, follow-through — everything becomes easier. When they are disconnected, everything is hard. Ads get expensive. Content gets ignored. Websites do not convert. Leads fall through.
- What is actually broken?
- What is unclear to the market?
- What is costing trust?
- What is creating friction?
- What needs to be addressed first?
I work best with owners who want the truth, not validation.
Not people looking for reassurance that what they're already doing is fine. People willing to hear what's actually broken and build from there. If you want to buy more leads before fixing your sales process, I'm probably not the right fit. If you want to understand the real problem first, you're in the right place.
Every engagement is 1:1, by application, and starts with a real conversation.
Make sure your brand is saying the right thing.
Your reputation is being shaped whether you are intentional about it or not. Clearer brand. Sharper offer. Stronger platform. More ownership.
